At Wild Child Club, every piece is thoughtfully handmade and individually quality-checked to ensure it meets our highest standards before dispatch.

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections — with each item created as a one-of-a-kind piece — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you review all product details and our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs and a brief description of the issue. We will assess each case individually and work with you to resolve the matter appropriately.

We offer free Standard shipping options on all orders over £50.

Dispatch Times

Each piece is carefully prepared and gift-wrapped. Please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch following each drop. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

UK Delivery

Orders are shipped via 48 hour Royal Mail tracked delivery services once dispatched. Some services may not require a signature and parcels may be left in a safe place at the delivery address, purchasing is agreeing to the terms and conditions of delivery.

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue in line with your Consumer rights.

International Shipping & Customs

At present there is no International deliveries, international orders are at present suspended until postage and customs charges can be amended.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us, we can arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping fee.
